Refund Policy

This policy is written in English with a Chinese reference translation; in case of conflict, the English version prevails. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

本政策以英文撰写，中文仅为参考译文，如有冲突以英文版为准。本政策不限制适用法律下不可放弃的法定消费者权利。

1. Digital Products 数字产品（$9.9 / $19.9 / $29.9）

Our digital reports and artwork files are custom-made for your name. Because they are personalized digital goods, all sales are final once delivered — with one firm exception:

我们的报告与图样按你的名字定制，属于个性化数字商品，交付后原则上不退款——但有一个坚定的例外：

• Our Error Guarantee: if we deliver wrong characters, wrong content, or anything that does not match your order, we will redo it free within 24 hours — or refund you in full, your choice.我方错误保障：若我们交付了错误的汉字、错误的内容或与订单不符的部分，我们将在 24 小时内免费重做——或全额退款，由你选择。
• Not received? If your digital product hasn't arrived within 48 hours, contact us — we'll resend immediately or refund.没收到？数字产品 48 小时未送达请联系我们——立即重发或退款。
• Changed your mind before we start? Orders not yet in production can be cancelled for a full refund.在我们开始制作前改变主意？尚未进入制作的订单可取消并全额退款。
• Satisfaction Remake 满意为止重做保障： after delivery, change of mind is not refundable — but if you're not happy with the names or the report, we will revise them free of charge until you're satisfied (different characters or a rewritten explanation, one order, reasonable rounds).交付后，主观改变主意不可退款——但若你对名字或报告不满意，我们免费重做、改到满意为止（可换字或重写解读，同一订单合理轮次内）。

2. How to Request 如何申请

Email hello@namecarver.com with your order email and reason — refund requests and remake requests use the same address. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days via Gumroad.

发送邮件至 hello@namecarver.com，注明下单邮箱与原因——退款申请与重做申请同一入口。审核通过的退款将通过 Gumroad 在 7 个工作日内原路退回。
